What is Tradeloom?
Tradeloom is web-based business software that runs sales, purchase and stock for Indian trading businesses from one system. It covers quotations, sales orders, challans, GST invoices, purchase orders, goods receipts, stock, receipts against invoices, outstanding and GST reports. You buy a one-time licence, and we host it with nightly backups and support.
Who is Tradeloom for?
Tradeloom is for traders, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and service businesses in India that bill with GST and need to track stock. It suits teams that juggle orders on WhatsApp and stock in Excel today. Plans run from a single location with a small team to several locations and godowns.
Is Tradeloom a one-time licence or a subscription?
Tradeloom is sold as a one-time licence, not a monthly subscription. You pay the licence once and keep it; hosting and support are billed yearly. The Starter licence is ₹9,999 and Growth is ₹34,999, excluding GST. Upgrade any time by paying only the difference in licence price.
What does the yearly fee cover?
The yearly hosting and support fee covers hosting, nightly encrypted backups, support and updates for the period paid. It is ₹9,999 a year on Starter and ₹24,000 on Growth, excluding GST. If a renewal is missed, we give 30 days' notice and a full export of your data before the hosted service ends.
Does Tradeloom replace Tally?
No, Tradeloom does not replace Tally; it works alongside it. Tradeloom handles the daily trading work: quotations, orders, challans, GST invoices, purchases and stock. Tally export hands that data to your accountant for the books kept in Tally, and reports also export to Excel.
Does it work for multiple users and locations?
Yes, Tradeloom supports multiple users and locations. Starter includes 3 users and 1 location; Growth includes 10 users and 3 locations, with multiple godowns and stock transfers. Each person sees only the screens they need, and you can see who changed what. Extra users and locations are quoted separately.
Where is my data stored, and is it backed up?
Your data is stored in your own separate database on servers in India, never mixed with another client's. It is backed up every night with encrypted backups, and restores are tested. Sign-in can use two-factor authentication. You can export your data at any time.
Does Tradeloom make GST invoices and challans?
Yes, Tradeloom creates GST invoices, challans, sales orders, quotations and credit notes, with your company name and logo on every document. GST reports are built in. On Growth, it also handles e-invoice and e-way bill. Quotations turn into invoices without retyping the details.
