Tradeloom is operated by Tradeloom ("we", "us"). Contact: info@thetradeloom.com.
What we collect
- On this website: your name, email, phone and message when you contact us, and the basic request data our web server logs for every visit (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type), kept for 14 days. This website has no analytics or tracking.
- In the demo: the login you use and what you click. Please do not enter real business data.
- For clients: the business data you enter into Tradeloom (items, parties, documents, users).
Our role
For your business data in Tradeloom, you are the owner of that data and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.
Why we use information
To reply to you, to set up and support your account, to keep the service secure and backed up, and to meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run Tradeloom, such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, India region) and our email delivery provider. They may process data only for those purposes.
Messages sent through the contact form on this website are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. It processes the enquiry details you enter (name, company, phone, email, message and what you are interested in) only to deliver them to us.
Where it is stored
Business data you enter into Tradeloom is stored on servers in India. Website enquiries you send through our contact form are delivered by Web3Forms, which may process them outside India.
Security
Each client has a separate database. Backups are encrypted. Access is controlled by user accounts, with optional two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries: up to 24 months. Client business data: while your licence or hosting is active, and for 90 days after it ends, during which you may export it. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@thetradeloom.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
Grievance contact
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date.
