Refund and Cancellation

This policy explains what you pay for, when a payment can be refunded and how to cancel. If you have signed an agreement or order form with us, it overrides this policy where they differ.

Pilot

The pilot is free, or as agreed in writing. You may stop at any time with no charge.

Licence fee

The licence fee is paid once, when you go live. Non-refundable after go-live. Refundable in full within 7 days of payment if setup has not started.

Upgrading to a larger plan: Upgrade any time. You pay only the difference in licence price.

Hosting and support

Hosting and support is paid yearly in advance. Not refundable once the year has started.

Your licence is yours to keep. Hosting and support renew yearly. If a renewal is missed, we give 30 days' notice and a full export of your data before the hosted service ends.

How to cancel

Write to info@thetradeloom.com or message us on WhatsApp with your business name and the date you want to stop.

Your data after cancellation

You own your data. It stays available for export for 90 days after the end date. After that it is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
